Abstract

Dupuytren’s disease is a myofibroblastic disease, affecting up to 42% of the population in certain areas, most prevalent in older men. This is an example of a fibroproliferative disease, which different cases contribute to up to 45% of deaths in the western world. In this paper we aim identify differences in gene expressions and protein expressions by fibroblasts in different oxygen levels.
