Abstract
The curves studied in this project are the unique curves of genus g equal to 3 resp. 7,which have 84(g-1) automorphisms. Our aim is to study these curves over finite fields, describe `forms / twists' of them, and derive results on their number of points over finite fields. This extends work of Iwan Duursma and of Top and Meagher (all only discussing the Klein curve).
