Abstract

This thesis contains information about a direct technique to probe trap states in organic semiconductors. The technique is thermally stimulated current. This work consists of adapting the cryostat and the parametric measurement system, to remotely measure trap states in [70]PCBM and PBDTTT-C. The report shows the development and optimization of the system and the preliminary measurements on [70]PCBM and PBDTTT-C.
