Abstract

In this thesis we describe two different types of changepoint models, the Changepoint Model based on Segment Neighbourhood Search and the Hidden Markov Model. These models will be compared to each other and the Homogeneous Model in their Network Reconstruction Accuracy on some ar- tificial data. After this comparison, all three frequentistic methods will be compared to their Bayesian counterparts with use of the Yeast data.
