Abstract
In this essay, the importance and some examples of AESI's are elucidated. Since COVID-19 vaccines are upcoming and are very needed, vigilance and monitoring are essential aspects of vaccination. The following AESI's are described: EM. GBS, MISC and narcolepsia.
