Abstract
RNA interference is a recently discovered pathway with the ability to potently and narrowly suppres gene expression. Rheumatoid arthritis is a disease from which the mechanisms strongly depend on the body's production of certain gene products. RNAi therapeutics could be the next step in improving the treatment of this disease.
