Abstract
The MEN1 Syndrome is a rare inherited disease in which several endocrine glands are affected and tumors can become malignant. Since the disease is not easily recognized sometimes, and patients already passed on the mutations in the family, there is not much grip on this syndrome. Therefore, in this thesis the syndrome is explained thoroughly and advice is made for as well the patients as their family.
