Abstract
This paper analyses the opportunities for women in mathematics in the Netherlands. It does so through investigating existent initiatives and discussing female participation and opportunity. Furthermore research is conducted on the amount of women in academia in the field and it concludes with actions that can be taken to increase opportunity and decrease bias.
