Abstract

This research project focused on finding an optimal method to determine the inflammatory effects of IL-10 and peptide derivatives on macrophages from the liver involved in liver fibrosis. With this optimal method, these inflammatory properties were then assessed. The results of this project indicate whether the peptides might be useful in the treatment of liver fibrosis.
