In this article, we talk about the j-invariant, which is a property of elliptic curves. In the first part, we prove for which lattices the j-invariant is real-valued, and we get the j-invariant for some lattices by direct calculation. In the second part, we use the theory of imaginary quadratic fields, specifically the Weber-Fueter theorem, to obtain algebraic expresions for some of these j-invariants.
