Abstract
Ever since global travel became possible, the number of invasive species has increased dramatically. This article will discuss what boundaries will have to be taken in order to become invasive, the effects of the presence or absence of constraints on a species, what role plasticity has in this process, and how the species evolves in its new habitat.
