Abstract

In this thesis we construct a linear discrete-time time-invariant input/state/output system in order to predict the demand of natural gas based on the available data. A Python program is written to create this model based on the known input and output. Furthermore a methodology is established to give the best parameters of the system which lead to the best predictions.
