Abstract

A study on the presence of white anthropogenic materials in jackdaw nests near Glimmen, the Netherlands. Several hypotheses concerning the functionality have been tested with the use of experiments and analyses. Understanding the functionality of anthropogenic materials in jackdaw nests can offer broader insights into bird behavior and adaptation.
