Abstract
Mistakes made during the requirement specification phase are usually the most costly and time-consuming to repair in comparison to mistakes made later on in the development process. In this bachelor thesis a framework will be presented to quantify ambiguous, vague requirements. Moreover the framework will be able to derive both a conflicting and a cooperative relationship between two or more requirements. Using this framework, requirements will be reformulated clearly and unambiguously will still retaining the gradualist nature of natural language. Moreover the framework will help facilitate the communication between the IT-expert and the domain expert in such a way that miscommunication will be reduced.
